A. Sneddon crusading CSAAS.
Or playing a projected victim-syndrome card because he is a victim of abuse himself ?

~ when lawyers start importing these scientific curiosities into the courtroom, we all have a serious problem.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6829628.post-1112555517981755252005-04-03T12:11:00.000-07:002005-04-03T12:11:00.000-07:00Seems like a situational comment, rather than one ...Seems like a situational comment, rather than one based on research..'that accusers, who appear to be truthful, sometimes change their stories and embellish or exaggerate; contrasting this with those who lie "children who make false allegations are usually consistent, almost scripted."

Is it not true that the reverse remark was made regarding the 1993 allegations?..ie.,that Chandler's story was so consistent that it had to be true?

If the level of truth offered by an accuser is guaged by the level of consistency or embellishment, then this statement could lead a person to believe that one of these boys is/was lying...

Is it Arvizo for embellishing, or Chandler for being consistent? By this comment, are we to believe that Chandler's was scripted? If so, what does this say about the authenticity of that claim?

What does this say about the believability of the witness who made such a generalized statement?????Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
