Mark Geragos, Michale Jackson's ex lawyer, has launched legal suit against a charter jet company.
Opening statements were submitted yesterday in the non-jury trial against XtraJet.
Geragos is suing XtraJet, alleging that employees of the company secretly taped him and Jackson while they were on a flight to Santa Barbara, California in 2003.
This was when Jackson was flying from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara, to surrender on child molestation charges.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge will decide the outcome.
