Already Judged

Dr Conrad Murray's lawyers have said they expect a single charge of involuntary manslaughter against their client, wrt the death of Michael Jackson.

Despite delays last week, it is expected that Dr Murray will surrender to police this week.

In the minds of some of Jackson's more "excitable" fans (who have mounted a campaign for Murray to be arrested with handcuffs) the Doctor has already been tried, and found guilty.

Perhaps it is nothing more than a campaign to have Murray treated as with every other criminal defendant. I don't imagine most of those arrested got to negotiate the terms of arrest beforehand.

I recall seeing Michael in handcuffs when he was arrested and then tried, exonerated with a not guilty verdict which is commonly ignored by the press, bloggers, and of course, the haters.

"Already judged" Hey, it happened to Michael too.
