Out of The Woodwork They Come

As noted earlier, death has offered Michael Jackson no respite from those who claim to be his creditors.

It also seems that death is offering no respite from some of his ex "wives".

The media report that Shellie Doreen Smith claims that she and Jackson were secretly married in a New York hotel, at some stage in the 1970's.

Unsurprisingly, she now wants her share of Jackson's estate.

Oddly enough though, Smith is having a little trouble remembering when the wedding took place.

Spin and Counter Spin

The recent story that Michael Jackson had married his childrens' nanny, Grace Rwaramba, was vehemently disputed at the time by Jackson's spokesperson Raymone Bain.

However, as with many Jackson related stories, this has cropped up again with a new twist.

It is now reported in the New York Daily News that Grace Rwaramba is ill with lupus, and has been left to fight the disease on her own without any effective support (eg offers of help, or enquiries as to her health) from Jackson.

Rayomne Bain has been quick to deny this story as well, calling it an "hilarious rumour".

Quote:

"I can guarantee she is not very ill. I've spoken to her in the last two hours."

The National Enquirer reported that the marriage story was a PR stunt designed to shore up Jackson's image as a stable family man.

In a further twist, The New York Daily News reported that Jackson's lawyers had in fact made inquiries into Rwaramba's ability to get married (she remains legally married to her first husband, Stacey Adair).

As with all matters related to Jackson, nothing is ever quite as straightforward as it first appears.

Marriage Story A Hoax?

Raymone Bain, Michael Jackson's spokesperson, has issued a categorical denial to the story doing the rounds that Jackson has married his nanny.

Quote, as per E! News:

"Wide spreading reports regarding Michael Jackson being married are not true.

Documents stating otherwise are a hoax
."

Great publicity for Jackson though.

Michael Jackson Remarries

According to the US based National Enquirer, Michael Jackson has secretly married his children's nanny, 40-year-old Grace Rwaramba in Las Vegas earlier this year.

Jackson's entourage deny the story. However, the National Enquirer has printed copies of a new real estate document, in which Jackson states he is married.

A source is quoted in the Enquirer:

"Grace… is one of his dearest friends. She is one of the few people who stood by his side through all of his problems - including the child molestation trial in 2005."

Myth or truth???

Nona Loses Custody Battle

Nona Paris Lola Jackson has lost her custody battle for Michael Jackson's three children.

Judge Robert A. Schnider, in Los Angeles yesterday, denied Nona's request for custody.

Nona Paris Lola Jackson, based in London, had asked for joint physical custody of Prince Michael and Paris. She also claimed to be the mother of Prince Michael II.

Judge Schnider said:

"I feel her evidence fails to establish any genetic relationship between herself and the Jackson-Rowe children."

Schnider also denied Nona's request to nullify Jackson's marriages with his former wives Deborah Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley.

Nona Jackson claimed:

"Michael and I are a sexually active couple and have been this way from the beginning."

She also claimed to have written over 3,000 songs for him.

The woman's three previous attempts to interfere in the custody battle between Rowe and Jackson were rejected by Schnider last November, in February and in May on grounds that she had failed to notify Jackson and Rowe of the hearings.

It is unclear as to whether she will give up her claim.

Beware A Woman Scorned

Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson's ex-wife, gave her testimony at Jackson's trial yesterday.

She is the mother of Prince Michael and Paris.

However, there is a rumour circulating that Jackson is not the father and that Rowe acted as a surrogate and was artificially inseminated; not with Jackson's sperm.

Much like many others in this tawdry tale of money, sex and celebrity she has also appeared in a video.

The video praised Jackson, needless to say she is now claiming that the video was made under duress.

She claimed that she had known Jackson for 20 years before they married, she was a nurse to one of his plastic surgeons; so if your lonely, book a nose job, that's one way to meet girls I suppose.

She said:

"We never shared a home,".

Some might argue that is an ideal way to keep the marriage fresh!

Rowe admitted that she had lied in praising Jackson's parenting skills, she said she wanted to get back together with her children.

She said that Jackson had called her in early 2003, before the Bashir documentary was broadcast.

Quote:

"He told me there was a video coming out and it was full of lies and would I help, and I said 'yes, as always',".

In Rowe's videotaped interview she praised Jackson as "a wonderful man", and a model parent.

She now says that her answers to some of the questions in that video, including those about his parenting, were dishonest.

Once she had agreed to make the video, she said that Jackson had agreed to allow her to see him and the children afterwards.

She said that she had made the video in the expectation that she would be "reintroduced to them and to be reacquainted with their dad".

She said of Jackson:

"He's my friend".

When they divorced Rowe signed away her parental rights entirely. She did this, so she claimed, because of the difficulties imposed by a custody agreement that limited her visits with the children to eight hours every 45 days.

Quote:

"The visitations were not comfortable..We were hooked up at a hotel. When I would bring things to do, like fingerpaints or colouring, the nanny was always very concerned they would get dirty."

In my humble view, her reasoning as to why she gave up her rights is not logical.

Maybe money was a factor?

Surely not!

Debbie Rowe To Give Evidence

As predicted on this site earlier; Debbie Rowe, Michael Jackson's ex wife, will give evidence this week at his trial.

It is expected that Rowe will say that the marriage and birth's of their two children were a sham, and that they were both a ploy to improve Jackson's public image.

Celebrities presenting fake images of themselves, surely not?

I am sure that Victoria and David Beckham would have something to say about that! (See Two Faced Cow)

Rowe is currently involved in a lengthy, and bitter, dispute with Jackson for the custody of their two children.

The "sham" marriage between them lasted from 1996 to 1999.

Seemingly Rowe will say that following on from the Bashir documentary, she was pressured into making a video message of support for Jackson.

The deal being that if she played along, and made the scripted video, she would be allowed to see her children.

In 2001 Rowe signed an agreement that waived all access rights to the children, Prince Michael and Paris. However, she went to court in 2004 to have that decision reversed and is now fighting for custody of the pair.

Jackson's defence lawyer, Robert Sanger, is arguing that there is nothing wrong with giving scripted interviews.

"These People Are Evil"

Comedian Louise Palanker gave her testimony at the Michael Jackson trial yesterday.

She is reported to have given $20K to the Arvizo family, to aid the treatment of Gavin who was suffering at the time from cancer.

Palanker said that she tried to contact Janet Jackson (nee Arvizo) after seeing the TV documentary "Living With Michael Jackson", in which Jackson and Gavin held hands and Jackson acknowledged letting children sleep in his bed.

Palanker said that soon after she left a message with Gavin's grandparents, Janet called her and sounded frightened.

Quote:

"She was extremely agitated and she was almost whispering...This was fear-based agitation,".

Janet allegedly told her not to call her back at the same number. Palanker quoted Janet as saying:

"Don't call me back here. They're listening to everything I say. These people are evil."

Palanker then said:

"I asked her 'Are the children in school?' She said, 'No.' That's when she started crying,".

Palanker then called her attorney afterward because "I felt that they were being held against their will." She did not call police.

She also testified that she once told investigators Janet had "hostage syndrome," and that she believed that Janet had felt like a hostage since her marriage at age 16 to an allegedly abusive man.

The defence are arguing that Gavin's mother (Janet) exploited relationships with Palanker, and other celebrities, to get money.

Palanker stated that the Arvizo family had a tendency to call celebrities including Jay Leno, who contacted Palanker. "He told me they had left three messages on his voice mail," she said.

Palanker said that she met the Arvizo family at a comedy camp for underprivileged youth, run by the Laugh Factory club, and began helping them financially after the boy was diagnosed with cancer.

Palanker said she gave the family $10K for expenses. She then gave a second gift of $10K when the father asked for more money. Palanker said the father told her the family could not afford rent because his wife had spent their money on such things as prayer and "a lot of statues and votive candles."

Palanker said that she later learned that the family had fixed up a clean room for Gavin, so that he could recover from chemotherapy at his grandparents' house. The Arvizo's also bought Gavin a big screen TV and DVD player that they all used.

Palanker said she and the owner of the Laugh Factory organized two benefits for the family at the father's urging. However, by the time of the second benefit, comedian George Lopez refused to perform because the father and Gavin had accused Lopez and his wife of stealing $300 from Gavin's wallet.

Palanker said that the Lopezes said they had been falsely accused and "were irate,".

What a mess!

Unsealed

The settlement that Michael Jackson's ex wife, Debbie Rowe, signed ending her marriage to Jackson will be unsealed and made public.

Rowe is fighting a custody battle for her's and Jackson's children; Paris and Prince Michael.

Originally Jackson's lawyer, how many legal battles does Jackson actually have on his plate?, had been trying to seal the confidentiality agreement signed between Rowe and Jackson. However, yesterday, the motion was dropped.

Seemingly the agreement, made between Jackson and Rowe, prevents Rowe from commenting on Jackson's personal life; eg his alleged drug use and sexual behaviour.

Failure to comply, will land her with a large bill.

Rowe will appear at Jackson's child molestation trial, I assume she will have to comment on Jackson's private life there.

Bashir Summoned

Martin Bashir, the British television interviewer and producer, has been summoned to testify at the forthcoming trial of Michael Jackson.

Bashir worked for 8 months with Jackson, and his team, producing the documentary "Living With Michael Jackson".

This was shown in February 2003, and revealed that Jackson slept with young boys in his bed.

Bashir has been ordered to appear on March 1.

One 12 year old boy told Bashir that he slept in Jackson's bed. Jackson said he had slept on the floor that night, quote:

"I see God in the face of children...And man, I just love being around them all the time..."

Bashir is also known for his interview with Diana, Princess of Wales; where she claimed that Camilla Parker-Bowles was the third person in her marriage to Prince Charles, and said that she wished to be known as the Queen of Hearts.

Ring For Sale

Michael Jackson's ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, has reportedly put her wedding ring up for sale on eBAY.

The timing of the sale has been designed for maximum effect, namely when Jackson stands trial for alleged child molestation.

It seems that Rowe wishes to exert maximum pressure on Jackson, in order to help her win custody of their children Prince and Paris.

The diamond is a 2.13-carat diamond round cut made in Sydney, Australia; it was given to Rowe the day before their marriage began, on 12 November 1996.

Family Problems

Jermaine Jackson, Michael's older brother, has filed for divorce from his wife Alejandra.

The divorce papers cite "irreconcilable differences", as being the reason for the ending of the 9 year old marriage.

It is proposed that the couple's children; Jaafar, 8, and Jermajesty, 4, will live with their mother in Encino, California.

Jermaine and Alejandra married on March 18, 1995, and separated on November 15.

Jermaine Jackson has three children from a previous marriage to Hazel Gordy, daughter of Motown founder Berry Gordy. He also has two children with another woman.

Christmas must be a nightmare!
