Reports suggest that Michael Jackson has offered to sell Neverland to David Beckham and his wife, Victoria, for $10M.
Jackson is desperately in need of some ready cash, and Beckham is looking for a home in the LA area.
However, it is more than unlikely that the Beckhams will buy the property:
1 It us run down and dilapidated.
2 It is 150 miles away from his training ground.
