Michael Jackson's ex wives, Lisa Marie Presley and Debbie Rowe, are scheduled to testify in court in the ongoing trial where Dr Conrad Murray is facing charges of manslaughter.
They are expected to support the defence's contention that Jackson slept with his eyes open.

Nona Loses Custody Battle
Nona Paris Lola Jackson has lost her custody battle for Michael Jackson's three children.
Judge Robert A. Schnider, in Los Angeles yesterday, denied Nona's request for custody.
Nona Paris Lola Jackson, based in London, had asked for joint physical custody of Prince Michael and Paris. She also claimed to be the mother of Prince Michael II.
Judge Schnider said:
"I feel her evidence fails to establish any genetic relationship between herself and the Jackson-Rowe children."
Schnider also denied Nona's request to nullify Jackson's marriages with his former wives Deborah Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley.
Nona Jackson claimed:
"Michael and I are a sexually active couple and have been this way from the beginning."
She also claimed to have written over 3,000 songs for him.
The woman's three previous attempts to interfere in the custody battle between Rowe and Jackson were rejected by Schnider last November, in February and in May on grounds that she had failed to notify Jackson and Rowe of the hearings.
It is unclear as to whether she will give up her claim.

Water Finds Its Own Level
It should come as no surprise to anyone that a person with as an "eccentric", for want of a better word, and public a lifestyle as Michael Jackson would attract a certain number of "oddballs".
Therefore the reports that a London woman has filed court papers in Los Angeles claiming that she is the mother of Michael Jackson's three children, are all par for the course.
Nona Paris Lola Jackson filed her papers last Friday, signing her name "dudu". The papers request that she be allowed to have a say in the child custody settlement that has been reached between Jackson and his ex-wife Debbie Rowe.
Nona Paris Lola Jackson claims to be a "black Jew born in Britain", and claims that both Debbie Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley, Jackson's other ex, never had sex with him.
Nona claims that she is the mother of Prince, Paris and Blanket.
The court papers quote her as saying:

Going For Broke
Adrian McManus, Michael Jackson's former maid, is clearly no fool when it comes to "turning a fast buck".
It emerged yesterday that she, and her colleagues, employed a media broker to sell stories to the tabloids; including lurid details about Jackson's sex life with his ex wife, Lisa Marie Presley.
McManus had insisted that she was not out to get Jackson's money, even though she and her colleagues had tried to sue Jackson for millions.

As Mesereau adeptly put it:
"But your idea of justice was millions of bucks?"
Is she just after money?

Elvis Attends Trial
Those of you who thought that the "King" was dead, are much mistaken; he is alive and well, and attending the Michael Jackson trial.
Elvis, or to give him his more usual name, Matthew Tuttle dressed as Elvis and stood outside of the courthouse last week holding a sign reading "Jailhouse Rock Michael".
On Wednesday he was lucky enough to win the lottery of who could be allowed to sit inside the courtroom.
Seemingly Tuttle went to the trial to impress his grandchildren, and because Jackson was briefly married to Elvis' only child, Lisa Marie Presley.
Tuttle works in Las Vegas, as an "Elvis tribute artist."
He is down to earth in his views of the trial, quote:
"It's like a media circus...There's definitely a party atmosphere, like Mardi Gras. And there's a bunch of religious wackos, too. It's like a mecca, a pilgrimage, for all of his fans."
Seemingly other tribute artists gather outside the courthouse, to do the moon walk and Jackson's signature crotch grab.
Tuttle didn't wear his costume when he went inside the court, as that is not allowed. His observations about Jackson are telling:
"He was like a little kid eating candy, stretching. He couldn't sit still...He's very shy in person. I thought he'd be more charismatic, but he's like a shy little girl."
Tuttle was a criminal defence attorney, but gave it all up to play tribute to Elvis.
