The Anti-Defamation League has asked that Michael Jackson apologise for allegedly calling Jews "leeches" during a "private" telephone call, which was recorded two years ago.
The supposedly "private" call was aired on ABC's "Good Morning America", and is allegedly a voice message left by Jackson for his former adviser, Dieter Wiesner.
The message allegedly accused Jews of leaving performers penniless.
A transcript of the message reads:
"They suck them like leeches ... I'm so tired of it. I'm so tired of it.
They start out the most popular person in the world, make a lot of money, big house, cars and everything and end up penniless. It's a conspiracy. The Jews do it on purpose."
Abraham H. Foxman, the director of the Anti-Defamation League, said:
"Michael Jackson has an anti-Semitic streak, and hasn't learned from his past mistakes. It seems every time he has a problem in his life, he blames it on Jews."
Dieter Wiesner is suing Jackson for $64M.

Another Lawsuit
Dieter Wiesner, a former adviser to Michael Jackson, has filed a $64M action against Jackson for alleged breach of contract and fraud.
Wiesner claims that he paid Jackson millions of dollars for rights to merchandise his name and likeness, that were not Jackson's to sell.
Wiesner alleges that Jackson had sold the rights to another buyer prior to Wiesner, who then sued Wiesner.
That suit was settled, and Wiesner lent Jackson more money. The total alleged cost to Wiesner was $9M, to secure the rights and pay the settlement.
Having secured the rights, it seems that Wiesner made little money out of them; as, according to Weisner, Jackson refused to cooperate and interfered with merchandising efforts.
Wiesner then claims that Jackson fired several advisers and asked Wiesner to become his personal manager around 2002.
Wiesner alleges that he was then fired in 2003.

Jackson's New Home
It is reported that Michael Jackson has paid $1.5M for a new mansion on his own private island.
The quarter-acre site is located on the Amwaj Islands, off the coast of Bahrain.
The island, which is part of three man-made islands built in the last five years, has; its own international airport, several top restaurants, a private hospital, golf courses, canals and an equestrian centre.
Jackson will move in to his new home in January 2006.

Jackson's Toilet Trouble
Following on from the earlier article on this site concerning Michael Jackson being spotted in a ladies toilet in Dubai, applying make up, it seems that he just misread the sign.
Raymone Bain, Jackson's spokeswoman, claims that Jackson made the mistake because he didn't recognise the Arabic sign on the door; he left as soon as he realised where he was.
One of the ladies in the rest room apparently took photos of Jackson doing his make up, on her mobile phone.
However, she was apparently forced by Jackson's minders to delete these images.

Elanor Cook Regrets
Elanor Cook, one of the jurors in Michael Jackson's molestation trial, appeared on TV on the "Big Idea" last night.
On the show she reiterated that she was forced to agree with her fellow jurors, and had to let Jackson go free.
Cook claims that she fought to convict Jackson on the lesser charges of kidnapping and conspiracy charges.

"Every time I would try to explain, they all (fellow jurors) would shout me down, and finally the foreman (of the jury) said that the judge told him that if I couldn't change my mind, I would be kicked off.
I just shut down. I said, 'I didn't really care. I was 79 years old, I'd given six months of my life to this and I didn't need any more.' So I thought, 'Who cares? I'm not going to fight the world.'"

Mistrial
Diane Dimond, former Court TV reporter on Michael Jackson's recent molestation trial, has just published a book "Be Careful Who You Love" in which she says that the trial should have been abandoned as a mistrial.
Dimond alleges that a juror, Elanor Cook, signed a book deal before the verdict had been decided. This is illegal under Californian law, until 90 days after the trial ends.
Dimond also alleges that Cook was close friends with a maid at Jackson's Neverland ranch, and gave her legal advice ahead of her prosecution testimony.

Jackson Causes Uproar In Ladies Toilets
It seems that the media in the United Arab Emirates have become somewhat excised over Michael Jackson's latest alleged faux pas.
The newspapers alleged that Michael Jackson was caught inside the ladies toilet in the Ibn Batuuta Mall shopping Mall, while doing his make up.
The ladies of the UAE, are apparently furious at this latest escapade; they want the "appropriate punishment" to be given to Jackson.
Mahasin Mansour, a Sudanese national working as a nurse in Dubai, is quoted as saying:
"I am surprised with Jackson's behaviour and I condemn it. He must go to the jail..not even to jail but to a place worse than that so that it would set an example.
He is infamous around the world for his indecent acts. This act was considered a great insult to us as we are Muslim women".
If the story is true, then one has to ask what on earth was he thinking of? Especially as this was in a Muslim country.

Joe Backs Michael's Move
Joe Jackson, the father of Michael Jackson, has backed Michael's move to Bahrain.
Jackson is going to sell Neverland, and make Bahrain his official headquarters.

Jesus Juice
It is reported that Bruce Rheins and Dawn Westlake, a Los Angeles couple, are trying trademark "Jesus Juice" wine; the label bears a striking similarity to Michael Jackson being crucified.
They filed the "Jesus Juice" trademark two years ago, when Jackson was arrested on child molestation charges; it was reported that Jackson allegedly gave children wine, which he called "Jesus Juice".
Rheins claims:
"We made a few bottles for friends. We never wanted to sell it. We only trademarked it because we didn't want other people to try to make money off it."
It is suspected that Jackson may have some objections to the logo!

The New Jacksons
It is reported that Michael Jackson is teaching his children to sing professionally.
Seemingly Jackson has been taking his children from their new home in Bahrain, to a London recording studio.
The recordings by the "new" Jacksons will probably end up on an album.

Jackson's Single To Be Released This Month
Michael Jackson will release his charity single this month, that is according to his spokeswoman Ramone Bain.
The single is being made for the benefit of the victims of Hurricane Katrina, in conjunction with artists such as R Kelly and Snoop Dogg.
Jackson is adding his contribution, via satellite, from his new home in Bahrain.
Bain is quoted as saying:
"All that remains is for two or three more artists to do their tracks, and Michael will then add his vocals. He is now on the fast track, and we're happy with the progress."

Jackson Finally Starts Record
It is reported that Michael Jackson has finally started to record "From The Bottom of My Heart", the charity single for the victims of Katrina.
The recording sessions have taken place in a Los Angeles studio, with Jackson participating via phone and satellite from London.
Raymone Bain, Jackson's spokesperson, is quoted as saying that the song will be renamed; also that the number of artists, originally billed as appearing, has been reduced.
