Michael Jackson's brother, Tito, is being sued in the UK over an alleged £12,000 debt.
The action has been taken by martial arts schools owner and fitness trainer, Matt Fiddes, a friend of the Jackson family.
The claim is for £12,051, the balance of a loan of £20,551 he made to Tito Jackson for Tito's flights from the United States to the UK, and expenses, for a visit and television programme earlier this year.

Reality Show?
Michael Jackson and his family may appear in a Channel 4 reality TV show that will follow their attempts to fit into a small English fishing village.
The family will move into a rented five-bedroom holiday home in Appledore, near Barnstaple, in May, for an hour long Channel 4 documentary.
Tito Jackson said:
"My family love North Devon and the wonderful countryside and friendly people, I'm really looking forward to buying a home here. Michael likes it here too, as no one bothers him.
I am looking forward to living in Barnstaple and I hope the Barnstaple public will respect our family's privacy."
Channel 4 said talks are in the early stages.

Jackson To Move To Barnstaple?
The media are awash with rumours that Michael Jackson is planning to move to Barnstaple, in Devon UK.
Seemingly Jackson is to move into his brother Tito's new house.
Tito is quoted:
"We hope it will be a family hideaway where my brothers and sisters can escape media attention when we need to.
I can confirm that he [Michael] has been to Barnstaple on private visits in recent years along with my brother Jermaine and a few other Jackson siblings.

Michael likes North Devon, too, as no one bothers him."
Matt Fiddes a friend and celeb bodyguard is also quoted:
"Tito spoke with Michael on the phone the other night and all the family are certain that this is the area where they want to find a UK family hideaway.
Tito is staying with me until the weekend but if everything goes through OK, he will soon be able to use the home as a base from which to develop his career in the UK."
It is alleged that Jackson has made offers on two properties, following several viewings in villages on the outskirts of Barnstaple.
Why, if the Jackson's claim that they want a "hideaway" and privacy from the media etc, do they then embark on a publicity drive about this move?

Jackson Finds New Ways To Waste Money
Michael Jackson, despite his considerable financial difficulties, has found a new way to waste what little money he has left.
It is reported that he "spent a fortune" calling a premium rate phone line, to try to help his friend David Gest win the British reality TV show "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here".
Needless to say, Jackson failed. There are, rather sadly, many thousands of brain dead idiots who are happy to waste their time and money watching and voting for the Z list "celebrities" that inhabit this swamp of a show. Hence the actions of one individual cannot really influence the outcome.
Gest was evicted from the jungle last week in fourth place.
Jackson's brother, Tito, is quoted as saying:
"It was such a shame David went out, but we think he did a great job. Michael voted for David to stay in. He spent a fortune."
What a waste of time and money!

The Shop
The Jackson family are apparently touring cable networks, touting a proposed pilot for a reality series in which Michael Jackson's siblings take feature roles.
Cory Rooney is producing the upcoming MTV series called "The Shop".
The show would feature the sons of Tito Jackson, who succeeded overseas as the members of boy band 3T during the 1990s but are trying to make a comeback as adults.
In the show they receive help from their father, as well as other aunts and uncles.

The Old Curiosity Shop
It seems that Michael Jackson and his lawyers have got their collective "knickers in a twist", over the plans of Henry Vaccaro (an entrepreneur) to sell various items of Michael Jackson memorabilia.
Henry Vaccaro obtained these items; costumes, letters, legal documents etc via a bankruptcy case involving Jackson's parents and his brothers, Tito and Jermaine.
Vaccaro then offered the items for display on a pay to view website, michaeljacksoncircus.com. It is understood that he has found a buyer in Europe for these knicknacks.
Jackson has filed a legal action trying to prevent the sale of these items by Vaccaro, and a judge has ruled that the sale cannot take place until the outcome of Jackson's law suit is decided.
Additionally, Jackson's lawyers are trying to get Vaccaro's website shut down.
In addition to Michael Jackson seeking to reclaim these items, the prosecution in his forthcoming trial in Santa Barbara are also rumoured to be interested in the stuff.
The lesson to be learnt here, for all aspiring celebrities, is not to leave your personal knicknacks in the hands of your family for safekeeping.
You never know what the future may have in store!

The forthcoming trial of Michael Jackson has caused a minor hiccough in the careers of his three nephews, who form the boyband 3T.
Taj, Taryll and TJ, the sons of Michael Jackson's brother Tito, have decided that owing to the unfavourable publicity; they will not release any music in the USA for the time being.
